Usage & Recommendations

Use with RAYCURE series hardeners for optimised cure systems. Typical addition rates depend on hardener AHEW and resin EEW (184–188 g/mol). For flooring applications in UAE summer conditions, use RAYCURE 718 (phenalkamine) for humidity tolerance. For anti-corrosion primers, RAYCURE 915 or 925 polyamide hardeners are recommended. RAYCURE RD12 reactive diluent can be used to reduce viscosity for spray applications without affecting cure quality. RAYCURE K54 (DMP-30) can be used as accelerator at low levels.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store in sealed original containers at 5–35°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. In UAE and Saudi Arabia summer conditions (45°C+), temperature-controlled storage is strongly recommended to prevent viscosity increase. Shelf life: 24 months in original sealed containers. Implement FIFO rotation.
