RAYCURE 238 — Modified Aliphatic Polyamine Hardener
RAYCURE 238 is a low-viscosity modified aliphatic amine curing agent for epoxy resin systems. Moisture insensitive and resistant to blushing and exudation — an excellent low-colour variant to amidoamines and a pot-life enhancer for aliphatic and cycloaliphatic amines. Ideal for high-solids and solvent-free coatings, flooring, laminates, adhesives, and casting applications in UAE and GCC.

Usage & Recommendations
Usage level: 41.0 g per 100 g epoxy (EEW 190). Mix ratio based on actual EEW of epoxy batch. Suitable for ambient temperature cure. RAYCURE K54 accelerator may be used judiciously to expedite curing without compromising pot-life or final film properties. Compatible with RAYPOXY YR-128.

Storage & Shelf Life
Store in original, unopened containers at 5°C–30°C in a cool, dry location. Protect from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months ex-works under recommended storage conditions.
