Typical addition level: 12–14 g per 100 g epoxy resin (EEW 190). Mix resin and hardener thoroughly before application. Pot-life is relatively short at elevated temperatures — work in small batches in GCC summer conditions and avoid heat build-up in mass. Use of RAYCURE RD12 reactive diluent or benzyl alcohol as co-curing agent can extend pot-life and improve flexibility where required. TETA is a skin and respiratory sensitiser — appropriate PPE including gloves, goggles, and respiratory protection must be worn during handling.
Store in tightly sealed original containers at 5°C–30°C in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and incompatible materials. Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture — longest shelf life in the RAYCURE hardener range.
