At 25–30°C (typical GCC air-conditioned indoor conditions): full properties develop in 5–7 days. At 35–40°C (GCC summer ambient): full properties develop in 3–4 days — elevated temperature accelerates oxidative cure naturally. For faster return-to-service, use elevated cure at 60°C for 2 hours followed by 100°C for 1 hour. Gel time is 120 minutes at 25°C.
Yes — RAYCURE 960 is specifically suited to potting, casting, and encapsulation applications. The 120-minute gel time at 25°C provides excellent working time for filling complex moulds and electronic enclosures. Hard, non-glossy cured films with good mechanical properties. Typical addition: 40–60 g per 100 g epoxy (EEW 200).
