RAYCURE 925 is a low-viscosity polyamide hardener with a broad compatibility profile, designed for coal tar epoxy coatings, adhesives, sealants, and encapsulation systems. Its reduced viscosity enables high filler loading while retaining excellent flow and wetting characteristics. Cured films exhibit impressive colour stability, long pot-life, and durable resistance to water, chemicals, and marine environments — meeting demands of shipbuilding, offshore, and heavy industrial maintenance.

Usage & Recommendations

Recommended addition: 50–70 g per 100 g epoxy (EEW 190) or 20.0–40.0 g per 100 g epoxy (EEW 500). RAYCURE K54 (DMP-30) may be used in small amounts to shorten cure time without compromising pot-life, flexibility, or colour performance. Avoid ketones and esters — they form complexes on storage. Dilute with aromatic hydrocarbons or diacetone alcohol only.
