Quality Assurance & Documentation
Every chemical supplied by Raykem is accompanied by a comprehensive documentation pack. We understand that procurement and QC teams need complete, accurate, and compliant documentation before approving any new supplier — and we make this easy.
Documents provided with every shipment
Confirms the product meets specification — includes purity, density, colour, and key chemical parameters tested on the actual production batch shipped.
GHS-compliant SDS in English for all products, covering health hazards, PPE requirements, storage, handling, first aid, and emergency procedures.
Detailed product specifications, recommended applications, performance data, and handling guidelines for formulators and production teams.
All drums, bags, and IBCs are labelled with GHS hazard pictograms, signal words, H-statements, and P-statements as required by UAE and KSA regulations.
Original Bill of Lading for all sea freight shipments, confirming the contract of carriage and enabling customs clearance at destination port.
Authenticated Certificate of Origin confirming the country of manufacture — required for GCC customs clearance and preferential duty claims.
Detailed packing list showing individual carton/drum/bag weights, dimensions, and contents — required for customs declaration and warehouse receiving.
Export commercial invoice meeting UAE, Saudi, and international customs requirements — including HS code, unit price, total value, and Incoterms.
Our quality assurance process
We source only from established manufacturers with verifiable quality management systems, consistent COA track records, and a history of supplying to GCC markets.
Before every shipment, we review the batch COA against the product specification to confirm all parameters are within tolerance.
All required documents are assembled and transmitted to the customer prior to or with the shipment, ensuring no delays at customs.
Our team remains available after delivery for any technical questions, additional document requests, or regulatory queries from your QC or compliance team.
SABER / SASO compliance — Saudi Arabia
For chemicals imported into Saudi Arabia, we work with suppliers who maintain active SABER registration and can provide all documentation required for SABER product conformity. Our Riyadh team is familiar with KSA import requirements and can guide you through the process.
