Raykem supplies from its offices in Dubai (UAE) and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) to customers across the GCC and MENA region: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Pakistan, India, and Lebanon. Contact us for delivery to other destinations.
What are your delivery lead times?
For products in local UAE stock: 2–5 working days for Dubai area; 3–7 days for other UAE emirates. For direct import (back-to-back) orders from China or Europe: typically 3–6 weeks from order confirmation. For Saudi Arabia deliveries from Dubai stock: 5–10 working days. Lead times vary by product and current stock availability — contact us for specific product lead times.
What Incoterms do you offer?
Raykem offers CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) to all GCC ports, FOB from origin ports (China, South Korea, Europe), DAP (Delivered at Place) to UAE and Saudi Arabia facilities, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for UAE mainland deliveries. We recommend CIF for most GCC import shipments — contact our logistics team to discuss the best Incoterm for your requirements.
What documentation is provided with each shipment?
Every Raykem shipment includes: Certificate of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS) in GHS format — available in English and Arabic, Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Commercial Invoice with CAS number and HS code, Packing List, Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin. Additional documents available on request: MSDS, REACH declaration, non-GMO declaration, Halal certification (for applicable products).
Do you provide samples before a full order?
Yes — samples are available for most products. Typical sample sizes are 500 ml to 5 litres for liquids, and 0.5 to 2 kg for solids. Sample requests can be submitted via our contact form or by emailing sales@raykeme.com. Sample availability and lead times vary by product — contact our team to confirm.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard payment terms are 100% advance payment (T/T) for first orders from new customers. For established customers with a credit history, we may offer 30–60 day credit terms subject to credit assessment. For large-volume contracts, Letter of Credit (LC) at sight is also accepted. Contact our Dubai or Riyadh office to discuss payment terms for your account.
Do your products have SABER certification for Saudi Arabia?
Raykem provides all necessary documentation to support SABER certification for finished products manufactured using our raw materials. This includes GHS-compliant SDS (English and Arabic), COA, and TDS. For finished coating products imported directly into Saudi Arabia, our customers are responsible for their own SABER product certification — we support this process by providing complete and accurate product documentation. Contact our Riyadh office for SABER documentation support.
What quality certifications do your suppliers hold?
Raykem sources from ISO 9001-certified manufacturers in China, South Korea, Europe, and the GCC region. We evaluate suppliers against a qualification checklist including: ISO 9001 certification, consistent COA provision, GHS SDS compliance, REACH registration (where applicable), and track record in the GCC market. Copies of supplier quality certificates are available on request for specific products.
What is your minimum notice period for price changes?
We provide a minimum of 2 weeks' advance notice for scheduled price adjustments on contracted volumes. For spot market purchases, prices are quoted at the time of inquiry and are typically valid for 3–7 days depending on commodity price volatility. Prices for commodities like MEG, Xylene, TDI, and TiO2 track international market prices and may change between inquiry and order — we advise prompt order confirmation for price-sensitive materials.
Do you supply hazardous chemicals like isocyanates?
Yes — Raykem supplies hazardous chemicals including TDI 80/20 and Polymeric MDI (isocyanates) with full GHS SDS documentation, proper IMDG transport classification, and GHS-labelled packaging. All hazardous chemicals are handled and shipped in compliance with UAE and Saudi Arabia regulations. Customers must have appropriate storage facilities, trained personnel, and safety systems in place as specified in the SDS. Contact us for full safety and handling documentation before ordering.
Can you supply to free zones in UAE?
Yes — Raykem can supply to customers in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), Sharjah Free Zone, Abu Dhabi industrial free zones, and other UAE free zones. Documentation requirements for free zone deliveries differ from mainland — contact our logistics team to confirm the specific documentation needed for your free zone.
Do you offer chemical storage or warehousing services?
Raykem does not operate public warehousing. However, for contracted customers with regular order volumes, we can arrange local stockholding in the UAE through our logistics partners to ensure short lead times. This service is available for high-velocity products with consistent demand — contact our team to discuss.

What industries do Raykem's products serve?
Raykem's chemical raw materials serve: Paint & Coatings Manufacturers, Construction Chemical Producers, Polyurethane Foam Manufacturers, Plastic Processors & Compounders, Adhesives & Sealants Manufacturers, Printing Ink Producers, Pharmaceutical Companies, Textile Processors, Water Treatment Companies, and Industrial Cleaning Product Manufacturers — across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC.
Can Raykem provide technical assistance with formulation?
Our technical sales team can provide guidance on product selection, grade selection for specific applications, and general formulation advice for common applications (paint, PU foam, construction chemicals). For complex formulation challenges, we can connect you with technical specialists at our supplier companies. We do not offer laboratory formulation services ourselves, but our team has extensive practical experience in GCC chemical applications.
Are your solvents available in both drums and IBCs?
Yes — most liquid solvents (MEG, IPA, Xylene, Toluene, MEA, DEG, TEG) are available in 160–220 kg steel drums or 800–1,000 litre IBCs. ISO tank supply (approximately 20 MT) is available for high-volume commodity solvents including MEG, DEG, Xylene, and Toluene. Contact us for current drum vs IBC pricing — IBCs typically offer a lower per-litre price for medium volumes.
Does Raykem supply TiO2 and what grades are available?
Yes — Raykem supplies both rutile and anatase grades of titanium dioxide (TiO2) in 25 kg bags and big bags. Rutile grades include both chloride-process (premium, for exterior architectural paints) and sulphate-process (standard, for interior and general applications). Contact our technical team for grade selection guidance based on your specific formulation requirements and performance specifications.
What is Raykem's refund or returns policy?
All claims for product quality must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting documentation (COA test results from an accredited laboratory, photos of packaging, delivery documentation). Returns for quality reasons are assessed case by case. Returns for incorrect ordering are generally not accepted as chemicals may have hazardous properties requiring specialist handling. Contact our customer service team immediately upon discovering any product quality issue.
